New Year’s Folk Amalfitan – Parade and Performance by the group Gli Amici di Masaniello

On Sunday, December 28, Amalfi is filled with the rhythm and energy of tradition.
Starting in Valle dei Mulini, the New Year’s Folk Amalfitan New Year comes to life, an event that combines music, colors and the simple joy of our roots.

At 3:30 p.m., the group Gli Amici di Masaniello opens the afternoon with a parade through the historic center to Compass Square, where their performance brings with it all the warmth of popular culture.

Next, at 4:30 p.m., it is the turn of the Lone Folk Group, which will once again set off from the Valley of the Mills to animate the city streets and give another engaging performance in Compass Square.
