When people talk about Amalfi, they immediately think of the sea, breathtaking views and its alleys full of life. But there is another heritage, less visible and often underestimated, that makes this area unique in the world: its agriculture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Farming that is not just about production, but also about culture, hard work, and identity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It’s not just what you grow, but how you grow it. Farming on the Amalfi Coast isn’t easy.<\/p>\n

The terraces, supported by dry-stone walls, were built one by one over the centuries, transforming the mountain into a series of cultivable levels. Every meter of land was hard-won.<\/p>\n

These fruits are used to make the famous Limoncello<\/span><\/span>is made, but their value extends far beyond food production.<\/p>\n

    The lemon groves are an integral part of the landscape and tell a story of tradition, daily care, and knowledge of the local area.<\/p>\n
