The project is called Re-Cig,<\/strong> is part of the city government’s broader planning to defend the environment for promotion among the “11 Actions for a More Sustainable Tourism<\/strong>,” and is a new step in a strategy toward a more sustainable and more beautiful Amalfi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

These are devices designed to make it easier to collect cigarette butts<\/strong> in a clean and orderly manner. Putting out the cigarette in the right place, a small gesture that can make a big difference in protecting our environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Whether you’re sipping a cocktail in Piazza Duomo, strolling through the alleyways, or taking a photo of the Coast’s beautiful panorama, properly tossing a butt is an important, simple and concrete way to help protect the city.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
