Because the places that witness the fighting are just opposite\, the love that nails Susanna’s heart lives between Salerno and Amalfi\, and men still pretend to dominate the blue sea. The response of those who love is always the same\, to return to the familiar lands of the Amalfi Coast\, and to achieve this goal there is the violence of the new war\, a fight forgotten in the huge open spaces where gigantic armies clashed. Now the 9th-century fortification is pursuing new assault strategies\, a defence of the walls of Salerno and Literna Palus against the common Saracen enemy.
